Getting started

Creating the account takes two minutes. Being able to send takes as long as DLT registration takes, which is mostly out of both our hands.

Create your account

  1. Sign up

At sms.splashifypro.com, with your work email and your company name.

  2. Verify your email

We send a code. If it has not arrived in a minute, check spam before asking for another.

  3. Sign in

You land on the dashboard, which shows what is still missing before you can send.

This login is only for the SMS panel

If you already use another Splashify product, that account does not sign you in here and this one does not sign you in there. Separate panels, separate logins, separate wallets.

What you need before you can send

The dashboard tracks these and will not let you send until all four are in place. None of them can be skipped, and three happen on a DLT portal rather than here.

The shortest realistic path

If you are starting from nothing today:

  1. Register your entity on one DLT portal. Pick one and stay on it; there is no benefit to registering on several. Expect this to take a day or two, mostly waiting for their verification.
  2. Declare the chain immediately after. It is a five-minute job on the same portal and it is the thing that will otherwise bite you a week later.
  3. Register a sender ID and one template while the entity verification is still fresh in your mind. One template is enough to start.
  4. Add everything to the panel and let our review confirm the details match. Most items are approved within 24 hours.
  5. Add funds and send one message to your own phone. Do this before any list. A single message finds a content mismatch for the price of a single message.

Do not buy a large balance before your first successful send

Add enough for a few hundred messages, confirm one arrives on your own handset, and top up after that. Nothing about the setup is confirmed until a message actually lands.

If you are moving from another provider

Your entity, sender ID and templates stay as they are. They are registered to your business, not to a provider, and they work with whoever carries your traffic.

What you must add is our chain. Declaring it is additive and safe to do while you are still sending through your current provider, so declare it first, then move traffic across once a test message through us arrives. See Chain declaration.
